↳ For how long is my e-Visa valid?

This depends on your e-visa request. If you applied for a 30-day e-Tourist Visa, it will be valid for 30 days starting on your date of arrival in India. 30 days visa allows double entry.

If you requested a 1-year or 5-year Electronic Tourist Visa it will be valid for a period of either 365 days/1 year or 5 years starting on the date of ETA grant. Both these visas allow multiple entries into India. If you are a USA, Canadian, UK or Japanese citizen, a continuous stay for up to 180 days is allowed during each visit. Nationals of other countries are granted continuous stays of 90 days during each visit.

These two fees are non-changeable and non-refundable.

↳ Are any further payments required for my e-Visa at the airport?

No, once you have paid the processing fee and the visa application government fee, no other payments for e-visas are required.

↳ Will I receive a refund if my e-Visa is rejected?

No visa applications done through us have ever been rejected in the past. That is the reason for the processing fee; we make sure all your documentation is in order before we submit it.

↳ If I plan to enter India more than once, which type of e-Visa should I apply for?

For multiple entries into India, you should request a 1-year e-Tourist Visa which is valid for a period of 365 days, starting on your initial date of arrival. This visa grants you as many visits to India as you wish during that 365-day period. You may stay for up to 90 days continuously during each visit. For instance, if you plan to visit friends in a nearby country, you may stay another 90 days continuously in India on your return. The e-Tourist Visa allows you a lot of freedom and flexibility for visits to relatives or friends nearby, participating in yoga programs, etc.
